About the chef
Born, raised and educated in New Hampshire, Greg became interested in the culinary arts at an early age.
Greg has a successful 28 year career in the food service industry. Besides being a chef he has owned his own cafe/coffee shop and cooked private farm to table parties.
Farm to Table has always been a great inspiration to Greg and has inspired him to cook fresh to order dishes.
Greg has gained invaluable knowledge and experience working at several fine restaurants in the White Mountain Region before coming to Old Saco Inn in 2017.
Greg serves amazing food, is exceptionally friendly, professional, and reliable. Greg has a sincere approach to all of our clients and their dietary needs.
Greg continues to grow as a Chef, endlessly inspired and excited to help launch our up and coming Wedding/Event Center
