About the chef
Executive Chef: Annie Johnson
Annie brings smiles, spunk and a unique sense of humor to our team. As well as her lifelong passion for serving delicious, fresh food. Her many years of experience spread through the Washington Valley, have earned her awards and bragging rights to many recipes; including a prize=winning short rib. We enjoy having Annie as our Executive Chef as she always puts out a exciting, trendy menu with great flavors to offer all of our guest.
Sous Chef in training: Damien Doe
A 2022 graduate of Fryeburg Academy, Damien has been a team player since 2019 doing various jobs at Old Saco Inn. Damien started in the kitchen as a dishwasher and had a great passion for food. He was taken under Chef Gregg's wing and apprenticed for the past two years in the restaurant and wedding venue. Damien has a great desire to continue in the industry working along side of Chef Annie and learning new trends and techniques from our finest.
Sous Chef : Rachael Robinson
Rachael is a graduate from a West Coast Culinary program and has been with OSI for 2 years. She brings a lot of knowledge to our culinary team and is adversed in many food cultures. Rachael is also a trained butcher which helps us bring the finest cuts of protein to your table.
